Jobio Group - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Creation & Responsibilities

- To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
- Jobio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

3. Subscription Packages & Payment

- Jobio Partner Companies must select a subscription tier (Starter, Mid-Tier, or Ultimate) with a minimum two-month commitment.
- All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable.
- Payments must be made via the methods provided on our platform.
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of Services.
- Jobio reserves the right to adjust pricing, packages, or features at any time, with notice to active subscribers.

4. Use of Services

You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
- Misrepresent your business, services, or affiliation with Jobio.
- Copy, resell, exploit, or misuse Jobio’s platform, leads, or materials.
- Interfere with, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

- All content, software, design, trademarks, and branding associated with Jobio are owned by or licensed to Jobio Group.
- Subscription does not grant any ownership rights.
- You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without Jobio’s written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

- Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- Jobio does not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversions, or revenue outcomes.
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Jobio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Jobio’s total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Jobio in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobio Group, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use or misuse of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

- Jobio may suspend or terminate Services at any time for breach of these Terms or at our discretion.
- Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
- Subscription fees already paid remain non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

Jobio may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
